For the holiday season, we have extended our return window and will accept returns and exchanges of new and unworn items until January 5, 2025. See full return policy below for terms.
We will not refund the difference of a purchase made prior to the beginning of a sale.
Discount will be price as marked. Additional discount codes can not be used during the sale period. Any orders with additional discount codes will be canceled.
Products excluded in this promotion, include but are not limited to: Gift cards.
RETURN POLICY
The merchandise must be returned in new and unused condition in the original packaging with accessories and tags. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
A one-time $10 shipping and restocking fee, will be deducted from the refund.
At this time, we only offer returns for international orders.
We do not provide return labels for international returns. Please send your pre-paid and insured package with your carrier of choice to the address below. Email your tracking number to orders@shopjennlee.com so we can track your return.

EXCHANGE POLICY (US)
We offer free exchanges for domestic orders (US) for new and unused merchandise in its original packaging with tags and accessories.
Exchanges will be placed in the mail upon receipt of the returned item.
- If you've selected an item with a higher price point, we will send you an invoice for the difference to be paid before shipping.
- If you've selected an item with a lower price point, we will refund the difference upon receipt of the returned item.
At this time, we do not offer exchanges for international orders.
START AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN (US)
To return unwanted items please visit our Returns Manager portal.
Note: You will need your order # and email. Use the 4-digit order number that was sent in the confirmation email from Jenn Lee. Our system does not recognize Facebook and Instagram order numbers.
Once submitted, you will receive a pre-paid USPS return shipping label to ensure the item is sent with trackable shipping. If you ship the item on your own and do not provide trackable shipping information, we cannot be responsible for lost items.
Please pack your return in protective packaging for shipment.

REFUND PROCESSING
- Returns can take up to 7 business days after delivery to process at our warehouse.
- Once your return has been received and processed, your refund will be issued, minus the $10 shipping and restocking fee.
- Original shipping paid will not be refunded.
- You will receive a confirmation email of your refund.
- Refunds take between 4-7 business days to reflect with your financial institution.
- Kindly note that we only accept returns of items originally purchased via shopjennlee.com or our Meta shop.
GIFT ITEMS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
